In this report there is examined the new approach to the problems of vibro-protection of the human – operator, based on the taking intro consideration of physiologic factors of human’s body at the local influence of vibration. The analysis of the carried out experimental examinations in the wide range of frequency changes of the influencing vibration, have revealed the effect of synchronization of fluctuations of muscle bio-electrical activity with the mechanical fluctuations of human’s upper limb. There are found independent from mechanical resonance regimes of resonance fluctuations of muscle bio-activity, unique for each person. There are given the practical recommendations for their use.
