Dynamic analysis
of spherical five-link mechanisms with two degrees of freedom and concentrated
masses of elastic links.** ****N.

In this paper, an analysis of spherical
five-link hinged mechanisms with two degrees of freedom is given. 18 kinds of
spherical five-link mechanisms are revealed. A dynamic investigation for one
case of spherical five-link mechanism with concentrated masses of elastic links
has been conducted. The mechanism is considered as a five-mass system, which
motion is described by 8 nonlinear differential equations, four of them
describe a motion for electromotors, two characterize a basic motion of the
mechanism and two – a mass oscillation of a junction point of connecting rods.
The received results enabled to design, manufacture and use in technics a
spherical five-link mechanism for cutting volumetric ornaments, used in

Mechanisms for opening / closing windows of car side doors. Paun Antonescu, Ovidiu Antonescu. “Problems of Mechanics”.

In the
paper we present the mains types of the mechanisms used for opening and closing
of windows pane from the cars side doors. It is identified the three types of
the mechanisms used as “crane” for the doors windows pane: the mechanisms with
bars and gears, the mechanisms with elastic rack, the mechanisms with cable.
The mechanisms with bars and gears, which is used for open/close of window pane
of the lateral doors of cars, have in their structure as main component the planar
linkages. The four bar linkage type crank-rocker, crank-slider and
parallel-crank mechanisms are analyzed. We mention that all the constructive
and kinematical schemes, which are presented by authors, after studying the

Influence of clearance and force characteristics on
precision of the kinematic and dynamic parameters of an operational
transmission of some units of a railcar.**

The paper deals with consideration of
precision values of kinematic and dynamic parameters of an operational
transmission of a compressor of railcar’s refrigerator machine taking into
account clearances and acting forces in hinged joint. For determination of
quantitative indicators of physical processes in the area of a clearance it is
developed a program complex and for evaluation of qualitative and quantitative
characteristics for transmission’s piston or connecting-rod it is conducted
calculation experiment. For determination of precision of parameters we use the
generalized variable coordinates of hinged joints with clearances of a
transmission. We take into account geometrical sizes of levers of a
transmission, the value of offset and force characteristics. The errors of
displacement, velocity and acceleration of transmission’s piston, and also the
errors of reaction force in the hinged joint with clearances and characteristic
parameters of the connecting-rod are investigated. The investigation is of
general type and it can be used for investigation of any mechanical

The modes
of treatment by steel cutting of 45, 2Õ13, Ð18 marks and titanium alloy ÂÒ5 are
researched. The treatment is fulfilled by cutters made of non-carbonic
quick-cutting alloys. The dependences of cutting forces on cutting modes are
investigated. The dependences of cutting forces on physical and mechanical
properties of treated metals are set. For each pair “cutter-treated metal” the
impact on cutting force of pressure, temperature and friction condition in
contact zone are researched.

On the basis of kinematics of relative
motions of grinding pneumatic actuators and rough work-piece, realized in
rotary – grinding machine for processing profile-composite wood details, it is
obtained new mathematical dependencies of expressions for deformation of
pneumatic actuators, kinetic and potential energies of investigating system,
generalized forces and partial derivatives of central components of potential

material a great quantity of a malt – residue, which is a valuable forage for
domestic animals, is formed. For mechanization of the process of dispensation
of a malt – residue, a conforming fodder distributor providing regulation of
output of the feeding slop is developed. For the concrete design parameters of
the distributor, the graphs of dependencies reflecting profiles of the model of
adjusting gear are obtained, which provides necessary constant output of malt -
