research of seven-BAR joint mechanisms with two degrees of freedom. N. Davitashvili. “Problems of Mechanics”. Tbilisi, 2009, ¹ 3(36), pp. 13-23. (Engl.).

Is given the analysis of seven-bar spatial, spherical and planar joint mechanisms with two degrees of freedom. Are shown the various structural schemes of joint mechanisms, which are created by attaching of two-arm and three-arm groups for initial mechanism. On examples of spherical and planar seven-bar joint mechanisms with two degrees of freedom by analytical method is solved the task of kinematics. Positions, velocities and accelerations of input links and their points of mechanisms are defined in the function of generalized coordinates .The carried out researches gives possibility to investigate the dynamics and elastic theory of researched mechanisms. 5 ill. Simulation of Drivelines Control System. C. Aksu. “Problems of Mechanics”. Tbilisi, 2009, ¹ 3(36), pp. 39-43. (Engl.).

The work concerns the important problem of Drivelines terminal control problem. In previous works we published new theoretical results on the synthesis of various terminal control problems algorithms. On the purpose of exploration of Driveline’ new Control methods a corresponding simulation model was designed. To realize the model special MATLAB software (Simulink) was used. Results of simulation proved the adequacy of the elaborated control method. 4 ill. Bibl. 7. Engl.; sum. in Russ.

AVERAGED ON SPACE ENERGY OF TURBULENT STREAMS  AND ENTROPY. A. Aptsiauri. “Problems of Mechanics”. Tbilisi, 2009, ¹ 3(36), pp. 44-51. (Engl.).

In article, by application of methods of local spatial averaging, in conditions of local thermodynamic balance, the vector of  energy of averaged turbulent stream is offered. Connection of a total stream with a stream of energy of turbulent pulsations is established. It is shown, that the intensification of turbulence in a direction of turbulent diffusion results in occurrence of a return stream of thermal energy that is the reason of entropy decrease. Hence, on the basis of fundamental laws of preservation  is proved, that in a stream, at absence of external thermal influence (without cooling) on a site of generation of turbulence, during origin of the ordered structures, it can be observed reduction of entropy, that contradicts the established representations about  entropy and second law of thermodynamics. 4 ill. Bibl. 5. Engl.; sum. in Russ.

ABOUT DEPENDENCIES DAMPING FROM ELECTRIC FEATURES OF THE VIBRATORY MACHINE. M. Tedoshvili, H. Tsulaia, M. Chelidze. “Problems of Mechanics”. Tbilisi, 2009, ¹ 3(36), pp. 52-56. (Engl.).

In the article the questions of the forming of damping of resonance electric vibration machines are considered. It is determined that not a few role plays on the process of power supply of the machine such electric features as they are:  the power supply the machine, constant forming tractive power and sedate saturation electric magnet as well as technological load. 5 ill. Development of cutting force model at face milling taking into account instability factors. M. Iremadze. “Problems of Mechanics”. Tbilisi, 2009, ¹ 3(36), pp. 57-60. (Engl.).

In the work by results of the carried out calculations is established, that instability of dynamic influence on workpiece blank equally depends both from nonstationarity of material removal process, and on instability of physical-mechanical properties of workpiece blank and of tool teeths runout. And the instability factor ratio caused by nonstationarity of material removal process at face milling, increases with increase in machined feed and  depth. Bibl. 8. Engl.; sum. in Russ.

MECHANICAL RELAXATION AND ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVITY OF ELECTRICAL  CONDUCTING  POLYMER  COMPOSITES. J. Aneli, G. Basilaia, L. Shamanauri. “Problems of Mechanics”. Tbilisi, 2009, ¹ 3(36), pp. 61-67. (Engl.).

Effect of mechanical relaxations on the relaxation phenomena of electrical conducting polymer composites (ECPC) have been investigated. It is experimentally shown that filler content significantly affects   relaxation characteristics of the material. The main reason of these differences is the effect of the filler type on proceeding of relaxational processes. Rubbers with active carbon blacks  display the ranges of slow and fast relaxations much more clearly, than those with low active carbon blacks even at increased concentrations in increase of the rubber elasticity modulus with the increase of the filler concentration. The effect of the filler type is displayed by formation of an inter-phase layer and is similar to the effect of the filler content. In the case of active carbon blacks, the increase of the filler-filler and polymer-filler interactions is balanced by high content of low active carbon blacks, because in both cases the modulus of the material and internal friction in relaxation processes grow. 3 ill. Bibl. 13. Engl.; sum. in Russ.
